SHIPPING TERMS Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges. There will be no sales tax for customers who live outside California. Customers inside California will be charged 7.75% sales tax. Orders are shipped the next business day. We will send an order confirmation within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders will be held pending customer apporvel on out of stock items. Notification will be sent via email. All U.S. orders will be shipped UPS or priority mail. Orders outside the U.S. and Canada will be shipped UPS. 1st & 2nd Day Air Orders Will NOT Ship To a P.O. BOX. Orders are shipped in plain boxes. SHIPPING CHARGES U.S. Ground Shipments Ground Shipments are based on the weight of the shoes calculated by UPS in real time. U.S. 1 day Shipments Orders received after 11 AM will be processed the next day. U.S. 2 day Shipments (Price by Weight) Orders received after 11 AM will be processed the next day. U.S. 3 day Select Shipments (Price by Weight) Orders received after 11 AM will be processed the next day. International Shipments outside U.S. (Priced by Weight.) These are approximate quotes for International Shipping. We charge our International customers what we must pay to ship. All International customers will be notified if their shipping costs are higher than what is calculated by our Yahoo Store. 1.01 to 2.00 lbs = $23.00 2.01 to 3.00 lbs = $30.00 3.01 to 4.99 lbs =$33.50 5.00 lbs & up = $37.50 and up All fees are U.S. Dollar RETURNS All items are inspected before shipment. If you are not happy with your order you may return the item for an exchange, instore credit or cash refund. All returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the item. Only unworn items with tags and original boxes may be returned. It is our policy not to accept items back for exchange or credit unless it is in perfect condition and can be resold. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns with damage or a destroyed box. We usally do not have to charge the restocking fee. There will be no restocking fee on exchanges. Shipping charges for returned items is the sole responsibility of the customer. On exchanges you will be charged shipping for the item being sent back to you.
